Privacy Policy

Who we are

TidalCore LLC, based in San Clemente, California, operates hydrosling.vercel.app and sells the HydroSling™ arm support. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean TidalCore LLC. When we say "you," we mean anyone who visits the site or buys from us.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site and fulfill your order:

• Information you give us directly — when you email us, use the chat helper, or place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, and any message you include. If you use the chat widget you may optionally leave an email.
• Order and payment information — we use Stripe to process payments. Your card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and go directly to Stripe; we do not store your full card number. We do receive Stripe's order confirmation, including what you ordered, the amount paid, and the shipping address, so we can fulfill and support the order.
• Automatically collected information — like most sites, our hosting provider (Vercel) and Stripe may receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, to keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and understand aggregate usage. We do not use this data to identify you by name.

We do not ask for or intentionally collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or health records.

How we use your information

• To process, ship, and support your order — and to communicate with you about it.
• To answer questions you send by email or chat.
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
• To meet legal obligations, such as tax, accounting, and product-safety records.
• We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information.

How we share your information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for their role:

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and fraud prevention. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Vercel, Inc. — website hosting and delivery.
• Shipping carriers (for example, USPS/UPS) — to deliver your order.
• Email delivery — to send order confirmations and our replies.
• We will also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer (for example, a merger) — but we will tell you before that happens unless the law prevents it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use only essential cookies and similar storage that are necessary for the site to work (for example, to keep checkout working and to remember that you dismissed a message). Stripe and Vercel may set their own essential cookies as part of payment and hosting.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics or optional cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

You can control cookies through your browser settings — blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working.

How long we keep your information

We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment, customer support, and to meet legal and accounting obligations (generally up to 7 years for tax records, less for routine support messages). When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you and how we use it.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information.
• Object to or limit certain uses of your information.
• Ask for a copy of your information.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, you have the rights described above. To exercise any of these rights, email shawnhadjis@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We will verify your identity (for example, by confirming your email) before responding. You may use an authorized agent, but we may ask for proof of authorization. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To opt out of any future marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email or write to us — we will honor your choice promptly.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and we rely on Stripe and Vercel's security practices for payment and hosting. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information as safe as we can and to limit access to only those who need it.

Children's privacy

Our site and products are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If changes affect how we handle personal information in a significant way, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
